Condo Facilities
Condo facilities at The Tampines Trilliant are available to tenants — included in your monthly rent. Swimming pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ pits, tennis court, and 24-hr security are all part of the deal. Basement carpark requires a separate season parking pass from management.

What's Available
Swimming Pool
Outdoor swimming pool — open daily from early morning. Ideal for laps at dawn or a relaxed evening swim. The pool area is well-maintained by the MCST.
Gymnasium
Fully equipped gymnasium with cardio machines, resistance equipment, and free weights. Open daily and free for all residents — no separate membership needed. Hours are posted at the entrance.
Jacuzzi
Heated jacuzzi pool, separate from the main swimming pool and open daily. No advance booking required — just turn up. A good way to unwind after a long day at work.
Sauna
Dry sauna with timber interior, open daily. No advance booking required — access is included in your tenancy. A rare amenity for Tampines condo rooms at this monthly price point.
BBQ Pits
Covered BBQ pits available for resident use. Popular for weekend gatherings with friends and family. Advance booking through the management office is required.
Tennis Court
Full-size hard-surface tennis court maintained by MCST. Book your slot through the management office — weekend morning slots fill up quickly, so aim to book two to three days ahead. Rackets and balls are not provided.
24-hr Security
Guardhouse with 24-hour security staffing and access-card entry. All visitors must register at the guardhouse before entering the development. Security is managed by a dedicated MCST-appointed team.
Basement Carpark
Covered basement carpark — sheltered from rain and sun. A season parking pass is required; apply through building management separately. Visitor parking is available at an hourly rate.
About The Tampines Trilliant
The Tampines Trilliant is a 670-unit executive condominium on a 99-year leasehold site in Tampines Central, with TOP in 2015. Developed by Sim Lian Group, it spans 12 blocks at Tampines Central 7 — directly across from Our Tampines Hub and a short walk from Tampines MRT (Exit E, East-West Line and Downtown Line).
All facilities are maintained by the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and are open to residents and their authorised guests. Facilities are generally accessible from early morning to late evening; exact operating hours are posted at each facility entrance.
The rooms for rent are on a high floor with good natural light. Monthly rent is all-inclusive — WiFi, electricity, and water are covered. Tenants have full access to all resident facilities (pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, BBQ pits, tennis court) at no extra charge. The only facility with an additional step is basement carpark — a season parking pass must be applied for separately through building management.
